Yirmiyahu 23:23–24 (Jeremiah)

"Am I an Alahym who is near," declares Yahuah, "and not an Alahym who is far away? Can an Adam hide himself in hidden places so that I do not see him?" declares Yahuah. "Do I not fill the Shamayim and the Arats?" declares Yahuah.
