Yirmiyahu 18:7–10 (Jeremiah)

At one moment I may speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to uproot, tear down, and destroy it. But if that nation against which I spoke Shub from its Raʿ, then I will relent concerning the calamity I intended to ʿAsah to it. And at another moment I may speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and plant it. But if it ʿAsah Raʿ in My eyes by not Shama My voice, then I will relent concerning the Tub with which I said I would benefit it.

Good, goodness, what is beneficial. Yatab is to do good.
