Yashaʿyahu 1:16–20 (Isaiah)
Wash yourselves. Make yourselves clean. Remove the Raʿ of your deeds from before My eyes. Cease doing Raʿ. Learn to do good. Seek Mishpat. Correct oppression. Shaphat for the fatherless. Plead for the widow. "Come now, and let us reason together," says Yahuah. "Though your Khataim are like scarlet, they shall become white like snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. If you are willing and Shama, you shall eat the good of the land. But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be consumed by the sword, for the mouth of Yahuah has spoken."
