Tahilliym 119:29–32 (Psalms)
Remove from me the Darak of falsehood, and graciously give me Your Turah. I have chosen the Darak of Amunah. I have set Your Mishpatim before me. I Dabaq to Your ʿAduth. Yahuah, do not put me to shame. I will run in the Darak of Your Mitswuth when You enlarge my Lab.
Meaning
Way, road, path; the course of one's conduct. Plural Darakim.
Instruction, teaching, direction from Yahuah. Often rendered law, but its sense is teaching that points the way.
To be firm, to trust, to believe; Amunah is faithfulness and steadfastness.
Judgment, just ruling, ordinance; the right verdict and the way of justice. Plural Mishpatim.
To cling, cleave, and hold fast to.
Testimony, witness; the covenant testimony that bears witness to Yahuah.
The personal Name of the Creator, written with the four letters yod, he, waw, he. It is His Name, not a title.
Commandment, charge; something commanded. Plural Mitswuth.
Heart, inner mind, intention, and will; the seat of thought and choice.
