Shamuth 20:2–7 (Exodus)
"I am Yahuah your Alahym, who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other alahym before Me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image or any likeness of what is in the Shamayim above, what is in the Arats beneath, or what is in the waters beneath the Arats. You shall not Shakhah yourself to them, nor ʿAbad them, for I, Yahuah your Alahym, am a jealous Al, visiting the ʿAwun of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me, but doing Khasad to thousands of those who love Me and guard My Mitswuth. You shall not carry the Sham of Yahuah your Alahym for emptiness, because Yahuah will not hold guiltless the one who carries His Sham for emptiness."
