Shamuth 12:48–49 (Exodus)
And when a Gar dwells with you and desires to perform the Pasakh to Yahuah, let every male belonging to him be circumcised. Then let him draw near and perform it, and he shall be as the Azrakh of the land. But no uncircumcised male shall eat of it. One Turah shall be for the Azrakh and for the Gar who dwells among you.
