And also concerning the Nakri, who is not of Your people Yashar'al but comes from a distant land because of Your Sham, for they shall hear of Your great Sham, Your strong hand, and Your outstretched arm, and he comes and prays toward this house, then Shama in the Shamayim, Your dwelling place, and ʿAsah according to all for which the Nakri calls to You, so that all peoples of the Arats may Yada Your Sham, to Yara You, as Your people Yashar'al do, and to Yada that this house that I have built is called by Your Sham.
Meaning
A foreigner, a stranger, one of another people. Nakri is the foreign one.
Yashar'al, the covenant people; those who persevere with El.
Name; not a mere label but identity, reputation, and authority.
To hear, listen, heed, and respond; hearing that carries the expected obedience.
The heavens, the sky.
To do, make, or accomplish; to put a matter into practice.
The earth, the land, the ground.
To know by experience and relationship, not merely to hold information.
To fear, revere, stand in awe; reverent respect that shapes conduct. The noun is Yirah.
