Dabarim 4:35–40 (Deuteronomy)
To you it was shown so that you might Yada that Yahuah, He is the Alahym. There is none besides Him. From the Shamayim He caused you to hear His voice to instruct you, and upon the Arats He showed you His great fire, and you heard His Dabarim from the midst of the fire. And because He loved your fathers, He chose their Zaraʿ after them and brought you out of Mitsrayim in His presence by His great strength, to drive out nations greater and mightier than you from before you, to bring you in and give you their land as an inheritance, as it is this day. Therefore Yada today and return it to your heart that Yahuah, He is the Alahym in the Shamayim above and upon the Arats beneath. There is no other. And you shall guard His Khukim and His Mitswuth, which I command you today, so that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days upon the land Yahuah your Alahym is giving you.

A prescribed statute, an engraved decree fixed by Yahuah. Plural Khukim; feminine Khukah.
Commandment, charge; something commanded. Plural Mitswuth.
