Dabarim 16:18–20 (Deuteronomy)
You shall appoint Shaphatim and officers within all your gates that Yahuah your Alahym is giving you according to your tribes, and they shall Shaphat the people with Mishpat Tsadaq. You shall not bend Mishpat. You shall not recognize faces, and you shall not take a bribe, because a bribe blinds the eyes of the Khakamim and twists the Dabarim of the Tsadaqim. Tsadaq, Tsadaq you shall pursue, so that you may live and possess the land Yahuah your Alahym is giving you.
Meaning

The Mighty One; the plural-form title expressing full might and authority, used of Yahuah.
To judge, govern, and render justice; the root behind Mishpat.
Judgment, just ruling, ordinance; the right verdict and the way of justice. Plural Mishpatim.
Righteousness and right conduct; being in the right and doing right. Tsadaq is the righteous one.
Wisdom, skill for living rightly. Khakam is the wise one.
Word, matter, thing spoken; a command or message from Yahuah. Plural Dabarim.
