Dabarim 15:7–11 (Deuteronomy)
If there is among you a poor man, one of your brothers, within any of your gates in your land that Yahuah your Alahym is giving you, you shall not harden your Labab or close your hand against your poor brother. But you shall surely open your hand to him and surely lend him enough for his need, whatever he lacks. Guard yourself lest there be a Dabar of Baliyaʿal in your Labab, saying, "The seventh year, the year of release, is near," and your eye becomes Raʿ toward your poor brother and you give him nothing, and he cries to Yahuah against you, and Khata is upon you. You shall surely give to him, and your Labab shall not be grieved when you give to him, because for this Dabar Yahuah your Alahym shall Barak you in all your work and in everything to which you put your hand. For the poor shall not cease from the land. Therefore I command you, saying, "You shall surely open your hand to your brother, to your poor, and to your needy in your land."

The personal Name of the Creator, written with the four letters yod, he, waw, he. It is His Name, not a title.
The Mighty One; the plural-form title expressing full might and authority, used of Yahuah.
Heart, inner mind, intention, and will; the seat of thought and choice.
Word, matter, thing spoken; a command or message from Yahuah. Plural Dabarim.
Evil, bad, harmful; wrong in nature or in effect.
To miss the mark, to sin; failing to meet Yahuah's standard. Khataim are sins.
To bless, to kneel; to bestow or receive favor. Barakah is a blessing.
