Dabarim 13:1–4 (Deuteronomy)
If a Nabi or a dreamer of dreams rises among you and gives you a sign or wonder, and the sign or wonder comes to pass concerning which he spoke to you, saying, "Let us walk after other alahym whom you have not Yada, and let us ʿAbad them," you shall not Shama the Dabarim of that Nabi or that dreamer of dreams, for Yahuah your Alahym is testing you to Yada whether you Ahab Yahuah your Alahym with all your Labab and all your Naphash. After Yahuah your Alahym you shall Halak. Him you shall Yara. His Mitswuth you shall guard. His voice you shall Shama. Him you shall ʿAbad, and to Him you shall Dabaq.
Meaning
A prophet, a spokesman for Yahuah. Nabiym is the plural.
To know by experience and relationship, not merely to hold information.
To serve, work, and worship through service.
To hear, listen, heed, and respond; hearing that carries the expected obedience.
Word, matter, thing spoken; a command or message from Yahuah. Plural Dabarim.
The personal Name of the Creator, written with the four letters yod, he, waw, he. It is His Name, not a title.
The Mighty One; the plural-form title expressing full might and authority, used of Yahuah.
Love expressed as attachment, loyalty, care, and conduct; not emotion alone.
