Dabarim 10:17–19 (Deuteronomy)
For Yahuah your Alahym, He is Alahym of alahym and Adun of adunim, the great, mighty, and fearsome Al, who does not lift up faces and does not take a bribe. He ʿAsah Mishpat for the fatherless and the widow, and Ahab the Gar, giving him food and clothing. Therefore Ahab the Gar, for you were Garim in the land of Mitsrayim.
Meaning
The personal Name of the Creator, written with the four letters yod, he, waw, he. It is His Name, not a title.
The Mighty One; the plural-form title expressing full might and authority, used of Yahuah.
Mighty One, strength, power; the singular form.
To do, make, or accomplish; to put a matter into practice.
Judgment, just ruling, ordinance; the right verdict and the way of justice. Plural Mishpatim.
Love expressed as attachment, loyalty, care, and conduct; not emotion alone.
A sojourner, a resident foreigner dwelling among Yashar'al. Garim is the plural.
