Who Is Yahusha, and How the Name Connects to Yahuah
His name matters because it does not stand apart from the Name of the One who sent him.
ZoreaYahu uses the restored form Yahusha. Within that form, Yahu visibly connects the name with Yahuah. The remaining part is associated in this restoration framework with deliverance or saving. The name therefore carries a Yahu-centered deliverance connection.
That is important, but a restored name should never be asked to prove more than the evidence allows.
The written witnesses give us names and linguistic forms. They do not provide an ancient recording from which every vowel can simply be replayed. Yahusha is therefore the restored form used consistently in this work.
More importantly, the identity of Yahusha is established by the testimony surrounding him.
Yahusha prays to Yahuah. He is sent by Yahuah. He speaks of doing the will of the One who sent him. He receives authority. He obeys. He teaches what he has received. He makes the Father's Name known.
Those relationships matter because they prevent the name connection from being misunderstood. Yahusha carrying Yahu within his restored name does not make Yahusha and Yahuah merely two spellings for the same person.
The witness distinguishes the sender from the one sent.
Mashiyakh also needs to be understood correctly. Mashiyakh is not Yahusha's surname. It is an appointment term connected with being anointed or designated for a role. Calling Yahusha the Mashiyakh identifies him as the one appointed within Yahuah's purpose.
His personal name and his appointment therefore teach related but different things. Yahusha points toward Yahuah and deliverance. Mashiyakh points toward appointment.
For someone encountering Yahusha for the first time, the strongest study is not built on pronunciation arguments alone. Read what Yahusha says about his Father. Watch whom he prays to. Notice whose will he says he came to accomplish. Follow the language of sending, receiving, obedience, authority, and glorification.
Then the restored name becomes part of a much larger testimony.
Yahusha came bearing a name connected to Yahuah, carrying out a mission given by Yahuah, and directing people toward the One he identifies as his Father.
