It blesses Yahuah as the rock who trains the hands for the struggle, and then stacks image on image, lovingkindness, fortress, high tower, deliverer, shield, and the refuge in whom the speaker trusts. The high tower is the picture the whole song builds on, a raised stronghold that lifts the one inside it above the reach of the danger below. Yahuah is named as that height, defense, and rescuer all at once.
Tahilliym (Psalms) 18:1-3 carries the same cluster of names. It opens with love for Yahuah as strength, then calls Him rock, fortress, deliverer, shield, the horn of salvation, and the stronghold, and states that calling on Him brings salvation from enemies.
